What a great story from COL RET Tom Faust. This was public record and done for his time at the Army War College. It is a fascinating read. He has some good and bad to say....I think he is correct even in the bad. Identifying the problems helps solve them. Mr. Faust is a great patriot who has helped solve Army problems.
