I would never ignore the article but I would consider its source when considering the validity of it.

Why is it always about gun control? What about people taking responsibility for there own actions? Shoot 100 people blame the gun, Stab 100 people blame the person! Radical Islamic terror is real and we let them in our country without question. If they didn't have guns they would find another way to kill us. Like crashing jets into buildings, or blowing us up, or stabbing us to death, or raping our women and children. Are we going to ban jets, and knives next? Look at the facts: states with the highest regulations on gun control have the highest crime rates! Do you think more people break and enter in Texas or Connecticut? So before you take and spill out a question like that actually think about what your asking. I am a gun owner with a beautiful 7yo girl in the house and will do anything to keep her safe, even if its turning someone's head into a canoe.

Really? Do you just copy and paste the same comment to several threads? What a lazy ass.

I did on this issue, the subject matter is the same! So why retype what I said if the same holds true. Thanks for reading it though.

PO1 Jason Taylor - PO; Exactly how does recognizing a fact ("Terrorists are using guns more than bombs.") translate into "an attack on guns"?

Have you ever considered the possibility that the states with the highest crime rates just might be the states that NEED the most control on guns?

PS - If you think that the US government is letting "Radical Islamist Terrorists" into America without question, can I suggest a little test of that proposition? Simply leave the country (to Mexico or Canada is good enough) and then tell the BPS that you have become a convert to Islam, agree with the goals and means of Daesh, and that you are going to kill as many Americans as you can in order to further the destruction of the United States of America and the creation of the American Caliphate when you try to re-enter the US. I'm prepared to offer REALLY good odds that you will NOT be allowed to enter the US "without question".

First: Mass shooting is not a legitimate term. The FBI tracks mass killings/Murders which it defines as more than four random people, excluding the attacker.

Second: Even if you take guns out of the equation, the murder rate in the United States is 3.2 per 100,000 individuals.

Third: They are terrorists, if they couldn't use guns they would use other things. Maybe pressure cookers, ball bearings, and fireworks in a backpack for example.

Fourth: using a tragedy such as this to advance a political agenda is despicable. The assholes on all political agendas who are doing this should be kicked in their soft bits.

Fifth: It is sad that it takes a tragedy like this to bring American's together in support of their community. I was near Orlando yesterday, and they were talking about half mile lines to give blood, and people bringing food and water to the people standing in line to do so. People taking comfort to the families who were trying to find out information about their loved ones, and over half a million dollars raised for the victims and their families in a roughly six hour period.
