For future reference, the first few hundred enlisted for junior officer that buy tickets get half off. That is $45 for about 7 hours of entertainment and dancing, a first class meal, and a glass of wine. My daughters prom was over $100 and that was just tickets.

I bet that is one fine Birthday ball, of course we Marines we have hundreds of Marine Corps balls every year on our birthday 10 Nov 1775. Where ever there are Marines you will find a ball. And cake, you gotta have cake...and beer lots and lots of beer. Semper Fi.
