Needs to be done...unfortunately...there's a lot of stuff/junk up there.

I think it could be a good idea. It is already on a plot of volcanic land currently being used, but they could probably send up one space telescope to do the same thing without atmospheric interference. Especially if it is causing such a ruckus with the locals.
