Good Wednesday morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs and an interesting topic.
Those of us who are going through rehab or recovery understand this quite well. Each day I celebrate the ability to do something I couldn't do the day before, walk a little further, hold the plank a little longer, whatever it might be. The same is true for life in general. We celebrate our children's first steps and every one that they take after that. We celebrate their first teeth and then as they lose and replace them. Life is made better by the celebrations of small things.
Watch carefully today. What small victories can you celebrate?

As the old saying goes, "Rome wasn't built in a day" and I followed that theme pretty much all of my life... As I read all of the quotes in today's repertoire, I chose two of those excellent quotes in today's repertoire and added one that I believe puts everything in perspective in a very broad sense.
