Good Morning COL. "Emotions Day" I am one of those who just holds it in and every now and again I go and do something that let's it all drain from me....Could be a day at the range, a day on the boat or just the therapeutic actions of making my property look perfect....I deal with emotions in many different ways.

Sgt Vance Bonds - You have to have a system......All the things we see and do that nobody should have to.....If we couldn't control our emotions, we'd be screwed.....There are those who need help dealing with it...Those who need help should be top of mind with anybody connected to the VA, in any capacity and any medical facility in their area should be doing there part as well....Shutting up now. Emotions are what power us. The key is to keep them under control. People who bury them entirely are neither true to themselves nor are they connected to others. Those who let them run rampant are at their mercy. The wise person uses both rational thought and emotions to have a balanced life. We all tend to shift to one or the other at times. Where are you now? Do you need more of one or the other to keep your fulcrum in the center?

I hope the storms aren't too bad today, but there are more coming our way Sunday and at the beginning of next week. Hopefully, they will die diwn before they reach the East Coast, but you never know. Morning!
Lot of emotions today as my 70D class comes to a close today. For all of you that go through schools and make friends through out them, you know you get mixed emotions. Joy you are done, sadness that you have to see your classmates go as you depart to your individual home stations. But also happiness that you have made new friends. Emotions run high but it's all good.
