I like the idea that whistling underwear is prohibited in west virginia. I have never "heard" underwear whistle by itself but certainly flatulence would contribute to "whistling."

The Craziest Law that still exists in the US? That's easy. The ACA (Affordable Care Act). It's not affordable and is reducing the availability of care. Soon, we will be waiting in line for health care like all those Canadians and Europeans that we are trying to emulate. How crazy is that?
