Although I have only done meditation a few times I did notice less stress. It is very calming, helps ease stress, and blocks out alot of negativity. It is a much healthier and smarter option instead of easily turning to alchohol, drugs or other harmful methods of coping with stress.

Meditating or for us Good Catholics Praying the Rosary (Pretty Much Same Thing) is always a good thing to do. Much better overall than Self Medicating with Various Drugs to include Alcohol.
