Good morning, sir. The article was interesting yet disturbing. I was glad to read that general Clarke witnessed officers of color trying to persuade young cadets not to go into combat arms. This was disturbing. But this also allowed him to see a potential problem in growing the diversity within SOF. As he put it SOF currently fishes a small pond but needs to make efforts to fish the larger ocean that is the American population.
