The only way this will stop is to divorce the military from DEI, but that won't happen until the administration changes.

When our supposed 'leaders' can't admit their policies are what's killing recruiting, then there is zero hope until they leave.
And notice, the senior enlisted 'advisors' aren't even saying a word. Not one general, not one admiral, not one Sergeant major, not one senior master Sergeant, or master chief petty officer are raising a ruckus. They are all more afraid of being relieved or forcibly retired than they are about fighting back on terrible policies.
