I currently live in the Netherlands, my wife is Dutch. This is typical Wilders, he found a minority who are afraid of all the hype surrounding the exodus from the Middle East and is using xenophobia to get votes for his party. I think he will get a fine and no jail. Understand that here our Bill of Rights is simply taught in political science class.

Free speech ends where it inflames acts of persecution and violence towards a group specifically targeted by that speech. Then it becomes hate speech. It is like yelling fire in a theater, or bomb on a plane.
