Well with DOD rushing to give every service branch their own cyber capable unit, you're only adding to the confusion, and then you have the respective three star generals overseeing each. Now do you elevate this to a four star position equal to a combatant commander to oversee ALL the branches? It was a waste in the first place to give each branch their own, when all they're doing for the most part are replicating each other with a different uniform.
