It could be done with a simple computer program that expands and contracts square grid lines, however it would really piss off the professional politicians.

Constitutional Amendment: (1) Repeal the 17th Amendment and return the power to States Legislatures to select their Senators. (2) Term Limits: 3 x 2-year terms for Representatives; 2 x 6-year terms for Senators; No more than 20 years service in elected Federal Office over a life time in the Legislative and/or Executive Branch. (3) All pay and expenses for Legislature and their staff are paid from their respective State Treasuries and are State Budget items (and not reimbursed to the States from the Federal Treasury). From what I understand, it could be a draw if they change it. Both sides will lose and gain as they have both done this. So we will see.
