These are all pretty interesting. Some I knew and many I didn't. The 45th Infantry Division patch is especially noteworthy! I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

SFC William Farrell I was also not aware that Germany had only declared war on the United States. Of course, being the amount of places they occupied, it gives the appearance that they were not planning on giving back what they took.

This is interesting. Some things I didn't know. I also thought the tracer rounds helped the pilots, now I know better.

Yes, that was news to me too SSG Leo Bell. I never knew tracer rounds had a different trajectory but when you think about it, i can see why. I loved firing tracers at night! Lit up the sky on the perimeters when the Cobra's worked out in Nam and I do seem to recall them going both ways!
