A lot of people who are under 40 have joined the Democratic and Republican party. Some of them are veterans of war. Some of them are refugees or families who were anti-communist. So there is new blood coming into both parties and there's definitely a backlash of conservative Black and Hispanic or minority people who are joining the ranks. Just look at the house!
