Will either of these do, SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint?! The general may use the Army Blue Cape with Frog or the Marine Boat Cloak! Either would be less expensive than going to Silicon Valley!

Jenn Moynihan, considering that Frodo joined Bilbo in the Undying Lands, he would have had no need for the elven invisibility cloak. My assumption is that he would have left it at the luxurious Bag End in Hobbiton in the Shire of Middle-earth in the care of Sam Gamgee.
