Never got to jump. I assume speed makes it worse.

That was the best time I had twice riding on one of those, we had a Mission and only ones on it 35 of use and all our equipment below. Love siting back words on a plane.

We (5 EOD guys) flew back from Doha, Qatar (Camp Snoopy) with a C-5 loaded with AIM-120 missiles bound for Eglin AFB, Fl. Nobody can fly with that amount of HE but we obviously were. We had the whole plane to ourselves.
I have mixed feelings about being seated backwards. Your body tells you one thing and your eyes tell you something else.

TSgt David L. - WOW, We had a Front end loader and CUCUV, and a 4k Fork Lift that was it. Nice having something that big all to yourself, but I wouldn't want all that HE..

CPO (Join to see) - 100 pounds NEW (net explosive weight) of roadside IED and arms length - 2,000lbs of missile warhead and motors 25 feet below on the deck of an airborne C-5. Dead is dead I guess! LOL Not something we dwell on too much.
