Two of their primary points of focus, namely the Alcohol and the Tobacco....fit the definition of schedule 1.....while quite a few on "the list" in fact DO NOT.....

Some examples of Schedule I drugs are: heroin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), marijuana (cannabis), 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy), methaqualone, and peyote.

IMHO...It's more like a criminal gang protecting their turf.....and still we have a family of BILLIONAIRES..... selling China White to the public....under license....not to mention How many lives have been destroyed by using the "legal" stuff? Where is the moral outrage?
