Maj Marty Hogan, today I wish to remember 1LT Thomas Gary Sikes, 2nd Platoon Leader, C Company, 5th Battalion, 46th Infantry Regiment (The Professionals), 198th Infantry Brigade, Americal (23rd) Divison, who gave his all in the Quang Ngai Province of South Vietnam on December 20, 1968.
