While I can't say for sure if Trump got his information from Mark Levin or Breitbart instead of some other source, it does follow a disturbing trend where Trump starts tweeting out things as true right after they show up on those sources (and Fox), many times using similar wording. The problem is, that many times in the past much of what Trump as tweeted following release by those sources has also been found to be untrue or at least without evidence (such as the claim about the millions of illegal voters).
This is why many of us are very concerned when Trump seems to downplay the intelligence community. It leads to the question of just where is he getting his information from and the apparent answer is very worrying.

There are quite a few news stories floating around right now along these lines. From the wire taps at Trump Tower to the George Soros funded, Obama involved plan to oust or impeach Trump. There's also been reports of an anti-Trump military coup in the works (This one I completely and totally laughed so hard about I was dang near crying). I would honestly like to see if any, or all, of these has any truth to them.

there will always be a cut out and some poor Dumb Minion will take the Fall bit I'm Sure BHO called for it and a BHO worshiping Judge ordered it and a Bunch of Minions and worshipers executed the warrant and tapped and recorded the Calls ...

If, and that's a big if, he's being tapped....it seems to me it would be the CIA or the NSA or the FBI.....all of which are investigating the Russian connection and concerned about national security. Obama doesn't pull those levers anymore.
