If he was with the antifa people throwing Frozen water bottles at cops who were defending the Christopher Columbus statue, he would be bragging on Democracy Now TV show instead of being behind bars.
If Alvin Bragg would have been his district attorney during the same thing to New York PD, he would be a free man right now. As we can see, two sets of Justice and if you're Republican or a right-wing extremist, you get the book thrown at you but if you're harassing Supreme Court Justices day in and day out, nothing happens to you!

Did a little follow-up reading. Of 34 cases (including the statue incident) in that time frame, there have now been 20 convictions, with some cases still open. There was only 1 conviction from the 12 arrests in this specific incident in Grant Park, but 60% overall have been convicted and sentenced in Chicago after these protests. So, let me know when we reach 60% action on 1/6.
