MCPO Roger Collins, I've surmised that President Trump has tried to restore some of the loss of "military intellectual capital" that occurred during the previous administration. That remains to be seen. There are 2 or3 that I am not pleased with, but we have to get our administration confirmed so we can tell. All the obstruction is successful in preventing Trump's team to get in place and fully operational.
