So, basically they were stupid! Always check the laws of states you are taking firearms to and through! I have an app that lets me check each states gun laws and if my Weapons Carry License in GA has reciprocity.

They "thought" their Virginia license would be "OK" in Pennsylvania... should've checked the reciprocity map at usconcealedcarry.com.
