We sadly saw veterans and National Guard at the insurrection...but it is sad to now learn that an active duty officer was part of the mob

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - Fair enough. I guess he was part of that small minority that arrived to cause real harm.

SSG (Join to see) - There have been over four hundred felony indictments from that seditious mob, and it looks like the will be a few hundred more. everyone in that crown that enters the building to protest that day is a criminal. It was not a smal minority, it was a majority. the indictments and charging documents are online, and most of the seditionists provided enough evidence on Social media to make it a slam dunk

1stSgt Nelson Kerr pretty sure I already mentioned that I believed all that entered should receive jail time.
However many goofs arrived it was STILL a minority that were there for legitimate harm.

SSG (Join to see) - The intent of the march there was to stop a legitimate government operation, they ALL meant harm. They all came to stop the counting of the electoral votes

SGT (Join to see) - The UCMJ has that option, but this is technically sedition, The punishment is the same though

SGT (Join to see) - I was being nice. Actually, I'm hoping to run the firing squad.
