As many have posted, this was an historic event and amazing things are happening on Peninsula. It is a fascinating time to be here. Honor is due to the Sailors, Soldiers, Marines, and Airmen of the Sending States and the Republic of Korea that pulled duty here on Peninsula and in the seas off the Peninsula that we now find ourselves in the best possible position in the last 65 years to achieve a true, verifiable, lasting, and just peace.

China is pushing OBOR and MSR initiatives with Chinese banks in its land grabbing drive. China has already grabbed Gwadar, which was the port in Balochistan that the Soviets invaded Afghanistan for, but the the U.S. denied it. Now, China has this same port for the next 43 years.
Sri Lanka is reeling in debt and has lost Hambantota to China. It will own 1/6th of Colombo Port after 99 years, but prior to that China runs the whole show in this island nation.
Myanmar has also signed agreement with China to develop a port on the Bay of Bengal that will have an oil and gas pipeline to China. This port is with China for xx years too.
India had shunned China from building Karakoram Highway thru the Karakoram Pass and had prevented China's advance across Doklam into Arunachal, Bhutan and Bangladesh. Now, China surrounds India on all sides. India has agreed to conduct multilateral military exercises with China and share port calls. Is there significance in these developments CDR (Join to see) , Sir?

Realizing that hope and expectation are not courses of action, CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana . I am expressing such while still being realistic that there is a long way to go to achieving a true, verifiable, lasting, and just peace. The PRC, Russia, and the U.S. all have a role in making this happen and then ensuring it remains. Perhaps India, an original Sending State that contributed medical support in the form of 60 Parachute Field Ambulance, has a role in a future peace. That includes sustainable peace and sovereign growth and development. How that is set remains the work of diplomats and leaders. That it will be set is the hope of all, in my opinion.

India formed the Neutral Nations Repatriation Commission (NNRC) working in tandem with the NNSC to ensure the Return of Remains of Fallen Comrades from the War.
If Korea becomes one then, does it appear China and Russia will influence a Kim rise to power; what is the probability of such a turn of events CDR (Join to see), Sir?
I am interested because these are hot spots from where WWIII, which is highly doubtful, may originate.
