China does have a large navel militia that does harassed ships with water cannons and they have ships with reinforced bows that are designed for ramming.

Chip, you're not insulting me are you? I'm on your team. When you see the aircraft carrier from the US and a miniature helicopter carrier together, that is intimidating. It is a battle strike group or whatever you guys call it. I'm sure the Chinese are pissed off but I thought it would have been more funny had ships from the Taiwan Defense Force join them that it really would have been even more intimidating and insulting to the Chinese
