When I first arrive in Korea (Oct 1968) I was assigned to S-2. In that job I had occasion to come across many examples of North Korea propaganda material. Usually these writing were wrapped around a 100 Won bill (30 cents) with a rock in it and were distributed throughout several villages around K6 and further north. I do not recall how they got these things spread around. Whenever there was a large "drop" Korean people would bring them to us, as long as they go to keep the 100 won. We had an interpreter that would read them to us and 90% were anti-American.
