CPT Jack Durish I taped the series and have watched the first four episodes. I watched fifteen minutes of the first episode, and had to stop watching for a week because I was angry. A liberal attempt to rewrite the Vietnam War from someone that did not even serve in the military. I joined because aiding South Vietnam was a just cause, and I would do it again. I was angry for many years that our government stopped a war that we would have won. Instead, hundreds of thousand of Vietnamese were killed or sent to re-education camps.

SSgt Terry P.
Sgt (Join to see) You have hit the heart of the matter,Ted.
I don't watch any of the crap, still trying to sensationalize the down side of Vietnam by people who mostly have no idea of what they are talking about.Their opinions come from politically bias sources and not from actual facts.
Semper Fi--your brother forever,Terry

It is condescending to the mind most people have to produce a white washed report on a major conflict that had multiple views yet none are as important than the U.S. getting in the war in direct support of its friend and to form a line against communism which threatened the entire world.

I recorded the series and I am only up to episode six. Thus far...biased documentary toward the NVA side and protesters.

Capt Seid Waddell
SSgt Donald Libby, I had expected more of Ken Burns, but he seems to be like all the other fish swimming in that swamp.
