Yes had one back in 1966 outside of Tuy Hoa choppers delivered a Thanksgiving Day dinner in mermite containers to our LZ ,unfortunately we didn’t have mess kits,so the white paper plates kind of deteriorated in the pouring rain,ah well there’s always C rats!

PO2 (Join to see) 21 Years, Thankfully I was Only "Deployed" twice and it was over the Summer. Now One Isolated Tour for a Year but I don't remember the Thanksgiving Meal. I do remember the Excellent One at Subbase Pearl though, Yummy.
