VETS court gives veterans a second chance after run-ins with the law

This Vet got lucky. He's getting treatment instead of one year in Jail for driving under the influence.

I don't like driving at night or on weekends any longer because I know there are more drivers during these times who have been drinking and are out there driving.

I am a NON drinker and have always been. This is ONE OF MY Pet peeves....I think it's at the top of my list of pet peeves.

My best friend just got her THIRD DUI/DWI in 20 years. I'm so mad at her.
