GELDINGADALIR VOLCANO ERUPTION IN ICELAND - Video 1 of 2
Ninety-nine percent of the Earth's global population will probably never be near an active volcano in their lifetime, but if you watch this video, you will capture in your mind's eye the awesome power of Mother Earth as it belches out very hot Magma onto the surrounding Iceland landscape... This volcano, named Geldingadalir, has been erupting for some three (3) months now and there is no end in sight currently...
Remember that this is caused by the tectonic plates sliding over one another with tremendous pressure, thus the creation of superheated magma... I highly recommend that you watch this FULL SCREEN WITH SOUND UP... for an awesome experience...

Geldingadalir Volcano in Iceland went though its almost 3 month existence through different phases of eruptions.
First it was Explosive Eruption, then Fire Lava Geyser, Strombolian Eruption and now is in Hawaiian Effusive Eruption.
In couple of last days eruptions are coming back in almost exactly 10 minutes intervals.
These Three Eruption in this video were taken this afternoon (June 8 2021). But more visually is still to come because there is a major difference and visual experience to see eruption in daytime and in the night. But more about that tomorrow. "

Great video. Count me amongst the 99%. Have been to Mauna Loa but it was dormant and flew over Mt St Helen's about 6 months after it erupted and that's about it. At this stage I'm content to watch videos taken by younger, braver folks than I to see a volcano erupting.
