I never thought that Italy's navy was useless. They didn't use it to its full potential because no Navy went against them until late in the war, so by that token they didn't have the experienced sailors to fight their ships that the allies did, but that is really the only downside.

That guy is the hardest military historian to listen too. His metrics for the Italian Navy was their plan was, it was important, they were innovative, they were needed to. lol

I have not seen the video, but will say that the Italian Navy is never mentioned in military history. Therefore, I assume they sucked! lol
