I dated three different Asian Women in my life, all wonderful people, but much different experiences. One was Vietnamese, one was Chinese, and one was Japanese/American, and one of the things I can say, is that - in General, they are invisible in the Race Wars.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I forgot, how could I? I dated a wonderful Filipino woman while going to Night School - Deonesia Gurrey. So I guess that makes four women who each grew up differently. And they fight some of the same hidden bias that White people find in America. Asians are all lumped together. But they aren't the same at all, different cultures, language, and religions. Just like Ireland, Italian, French, German, British, Scottish, Welsh, Dutch, etc...are all different, but we are clumped together as if we were one group. And that is understandable from one point of view, those subtle nuances aren't important if you are the Minority. And like most generalizations they miss the mark.

SGT Kevin Hughes - Oh, and I forgot about your First Nations roots, and there is another group of people we call "Indians" which is the biggest misnomer ever, but most of us have no clue how many, or how different the Tribes were. Just Native Americans, First Nations, or Indians, and that hides so much rich History.
