On the list of problems that amateur hour at the White House is causing, this is pretty far down on the list. Almost humorous.

In this comedy of errors, one is left to wonder why the President's personal bodyguard is carrying a "pile of papers" anywhere, let alone while "strolling along White House grounds" within view of news media cameras. Is that not the job of secretaries, receptionists and assistants?
