How about we spend more time solving the problem and less time labeling stuff and making Nazi analogies.
It ain't the same. Nor will it ever be.
Having said that, there is a crap-ton of people trying to use our asylum laws to get into our country, Many of them are not actually eligible for asylum, but that doesn't seem to matter when there is this much volume. From where I sit, two things need to happen that ought to just about solve it:
1. Require persons applying for asylum to do so at a US Embassy or Consulate, or alternatively, the own embassies or Consulates inside the US. Don't do that, no asylum for you, and back over the border you go.
2. Expand the amount of immigration judges to get through the backlog. Persons that legitimately need asylum should have their cases heard expeditiously.
2a. Don't show up for your hearing? Next time you are picked up for ANYTHING, back over the border you go to start the process over again.

Solution: send them all back, at their expense and begin turning illegals away at the border. Last time I checked concentration camps were used for the worst human atrocity in recorded history..not happening at the border...break the law, pay the consequences, not be rewarded.

The victims of the concentration camps wanted to escape the Nazi regime! It's not as if ICE is roaming the streets and rounding up everyone who looks to be Mexican or from another Central American country. Illegal aliens aren't a race nor are they being persecuted because the US doesn't have open borders.
Trump isn't some racist dictator that suddenly constructed these camps and implemented these policies. Instead, he's merely upholding the law, something that too many past Presidents failed to do. I listened to clips of Bill Clinton addressing the problem of illegal aliens (back in the 90s when he was President) and he doesn't sound that different from what Trump is saying today on the issue. The only thing that's changed is the Overton window has been moved so far to the left that not having open borders is regarded as something only an evil dictator would do.
