What 1968 was to the home computer, 2018 is for Quantum computing. At present, it is hard to invest in companies that are leading the research into this field. Think of warp drive, or solving difficult spacecraft engine problems.
We were taught about the atom. We were taught wrong. Electrons and protons do not circle like planets around a Sun. They have frequency's. So do we. Because, our bodies are made up of atoms.
Investment companies have given millions to D-Wave. A private company. You can invest in such an investment company.
A military example of quantum mechanics might be how does the enemy know they are being watched? Remember, we are told not to stare at the enemy directly. But, off center when monitoring them?
IMO, the positive and negative frequency communicate over space and time. That is my simple mind trying to explain quantum mechanics after reading about it to fellow military types.
