Took some Kodachromes back in the day of interesting icebergs. Hueys would land on them so the science types could get some cores. At some point it was "How many do you really need"? Funny thing is the eye is more sensitive to the number of colors vs. cameras, hence there are subtle hue changes and shadow patterns that are not captured well. That's why I don't look at ice pictures for fun as the memory has a better rendition.
