What to do if you are caught in a bomb blast

There's no full proof way of preparing for a suicide bomber. Time is an important factor but unfortunately it is an advantage the suicide bomber has over his/her victims for only they know the time and place, but if you have the knowledge about how to best protect yourself it increases the odds of your survival and even minimal advantages are better than none.
