Concur on that, Lt. I have had some cheeses that were expired.. you can accept a certain margin of mold. On some cheese.. before it’s not safe. I had $7 at size tub of cubed gruyere cheese in my frig.. I returned home to find. That my girl friend’s mother had poured it down the garbage disposal little by little with the hot water running.. I produced the receipt and said I would appreciate remittance on it as soon as possible...
“ it’s spoiled!” She said... Excuse me it’s blue cheese ! I replied !... it took a while.. but she reciprocated.. it did not help the hypertension much which i’m Glad it was under control .. counting to 500 and back helped too.
