I'd like to hear if their is any overlap between those arrested in any of the BLM protests turned riots i.e. Baltimore, Ferguson/St Louis, Milwaukee, Orlando, and now Charlotte.

TSgt Frank Shirley - As your post infers, the mere fact that folks with "Out of State" drivers licenses were involved in the protest does not tell us anything beyond the fact that the majority of the more violent protesters came from out of town. However, if the same folks are shown to be involved, to the extreme extent of being arrested by the police, at multiple BLM protest locations, that might show intent to commit the crime of instigating a riot.

There has to be some sort of collusion between those that incite violence and are fomenting it on the scene. Why would the locals destroy their businesses and facilities? How do the rioters know which whites to attack and which ones are actually with them. In all the situations presented here, many are bought and paid for by people with other than altruistic reasons and supporting the cause. 70% is a huge number, when you think that they were the ones picked out for being inciting the violence.

I'm not sure I'd assume a mob and rationality have a lot in common. We've seen significant property property damage caused when local sports teams win big games. That's locals destroying their own infrastructure and property when something good happens. Image what a mob mentality is likely to create when they are pissed off.

I can see a mob of sports fans coming in on buses but a mob of people whose only purpose is to destroy and incite violence? What does Soros and the far left accomplish for themselves by doing this?
