To me the refusal to use the language when the evidence is overwhelming that the incident was in fact such is much more damning that overusing it.

Words matter and calling the enemy by its name does too. We fought the Germans and Japanese in WWII not Europeans and Asians.

Anyone who knows "much" about Islam knows that the "radical" (ultra conservative) form of Islam being preached and lived by ISIL/Taliban/AQ/Hezbollah/Boko Haram/Abu Saayad/ and Muslim Brotherhood is a LICIT form of Islam from the Wahhibist and Salafi schools. Personally, I don't have any use for Islam or any other bronze age belief system. Unfortunately, since the Eisenhower administration the USA has been in bed with Saudis, Gulf States, and Iran. Conservative Islam/Islamic theocracy is a the law-of-the-land with our huge trade partners, particularly in Riyadh. Follow the numbers
