Just when you thought that the Russian Navy was breaking up and falling apart, here comes the Akula class attack submarine that's faster quieter and more like a Red October stealthy sub that the U S. Navy fears.

thats because the Technology was allowed to Fall behind for the last 8 years... hopefully the Navy and the rest of the Armed services will be allowed to catch Back up If not take the lead...
