Sounds like the one I got once that made my Computer Possessed and Spouting some Audio Propaganda from Somewhere in Africa. Was a Bitch to clean that out of my System.

They are also using legitimate computer help companies. I have had at least a dozen calls and one e-mail from scammers pretending to be from the company I use. If in any doubt hang up and use a number you know to call your rep.
