After reading the article sounds like a good problem to have for the Army COL Charles Williams - personally I don't think that the standards should be lowered to recruit more, keep the pay growing under our current POTUS, offer more opportunities with bonuses like they've done in the past, extend Basic Combat Training to 10 weeks and add back some the cool things we did in 1975 (make it moere aggressive and get back to standards). Just my two cents. Recruiting is recruiting, it's easy when the economy sucks and it's hard as hell when the economy is booming. Let's get some new ads out there running with a bew theme.
