I think this quote from the article is the most important thought in it. It has far reaching implications. If Gascon doesn't appeal the decision, I'll be very surprised. Which means this precedent will move on up the Judicial ladder, wherein it will begin to grow much larger legal legs.

If we had tougher DA's and judges much of what we see would stop.

In total agreement with the last sentence of the article, plus I think some of those so called D A's(Dumb Asses) should spend a little time behind bars with some of the more violent criminals and see how they fare behind bars with them brother SGT (Join to see)
