They may have been trying to save her life. If she was suicidal I think that's the appropriate action until she can be sent to a hospital. Also this happened three years ago, when the police were getting away with more man handling than now. I do not approve of anyone being treated indignantly, but we don't know what happened prior to her being stripped.

Stupidity and Ignorance shouldn't be cheap. Of Course the Lawyers will get 3/4 to 2/3 of that I suspect but good. Maybe we have to make this Insanity Expensive and Cities and Police Dept's will get rid of the Incompetents. For the Most Part I have the Utmost Respect for Law Enforcement and realize what a Thankless Job they do but this has got to stop.
