Woman jailed for perjury after false rape claim against soldier

In general no, not here in the US under normal circumstances can civilians be dragged before a military court or tribunal. However that doesn't mean they are not criminally liable in a civilian federal court for those actions.

She certainly deserved jail time for what She did, I'm glad to see She got it ! To accuse someone or a serious crime they did not commit is just sinking so low ! It also proves He sure had a good reason to avoid Her !
