I wondered about that. 8 lbs a day could get expensive.

I have a small cute black mouse in my house. I did not realize how fast they are. I don't want to kill it nor do I want to kick him outside in the winter. I will make him a pet.

Don't get a cat if you care about the mouse.

At least let the mouse get dug in good, then a Siamese kitten. Stand by for fun. Lifespan on mouse diminishes over time, but they might become pals. Mouse says no thanks.

The mice I rescue from the cat I deport to "Feline Australia", a wooded area about 3 miles from my home. That gives them a chance to live free, without becoming a pest in the house.

get rid of the mouse, they have fleas on them plus their dropping that can make you very sick.

Not for a few days no doubt. Just some old guy throwing 8 lbs of franks away. Looks fun, but I'd be concerned about running out with that many around. They are omnivores.
