We seem to move from addiction to addiction. My Father had alcohol and cigarettes. He finally quit drinking at 54 but didn't stop smoking until his lungs were severely damaged. He lasted about 2 years on oxygen

It's tough when a habit like vaping becomes something you can't quickly shake, especially if you started young. You're hooked on something before you understand its full impact. Nicotine is so addictive, and using higher doses, like 72mg nicotine salts ( https://mistervape.co.uk/collections/72mg-nicotine-salts ), can make it even harder to quit. Getting out of the habit might take time and effort, but it’s possible with the right mindset and support. A lot of people start cutting back slowly, reducing the nicotine level over time. Maybe finding a community or talking to someone who has quit could help, too. Please don't be too hard on yourself; it’s all about taking it one step at a time.
