I am very surprised that there are none around to fill that slot CSM, I was the detachment SGT and 1SG in almost all of our companies and Detachments over the years and there was always someone, I retired to make room for other when we had a glut of MSG's in 2013. Good luck in your search.

P.S. just looked at where you are, my old unit :)

CSM (Join to see) - Thats a good thing, Folks would have had a stroke if I was still there :) I plan on keeping in touch with Battalion very soon, if you want some good war stories about Me see CSM Baker :) You can tell when he is lying, if he says one nice thing about me he is lying :)
